Vision and Mission

MISSION: Lead Foundation opens doors by helping parents, their children, and individuals who suffer the effects of poverty in our neighborhood.

VISION: Lead Foundation envisions a day when everyone in the neighborhood has access to adequate and affordable housing and nobody is homeless. We seek to engage and educate our community in providing long-term solutions and resources to break the cycle of poverty for our neighbors in need.

VALUES: Lead Foundation values our clients and treats them with dignity and respect regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, political belief, religion or mental or physical disability.

Lead Foundation values our staff, volunteers, partners, and donors as the organization’s most important assets. Together they make our work possible by providing, managing, and leveraging our resources and operating our comprehensive programs.

Lead Foundation values the integrity and professionalism of our operations and operates with respect for the principles of confidentiality, informed consent, competency, honesty, safety and ethical use of resources as detailed in our Code of Ethics.

"I exist not to be loved and admired, but to love and act. It is not the duty of those around me to love me. Rather, it is my duty to be concerned about the world, about man." - Janusz korczak
