Many kids and teens struggle with disability, Autism, and also run away from home in every year in India. Many return home, many don’t. Whatever their situation, we are here for all of them.
We are a leading force to support and give kids and teens better life option during their crisis through Lead Foundation. We step in at the critical moments when young people can make the most life-altering decisions or mistakes, and we provide minute-by-minute support and guidance to keep them moving toward positive outcomes.
We partner with shelters where they can stay safely and securely with less crisis. At the same time, we provide assistance to young people or their families. When a young person has nowhere to turn, our door is always open for them. We fight for teens when home doesn’t feel safe to live. With help of our partner shelters, we welcome teens who have run away, been kicked out of their home, are homeless, have been abused, have been traumatized, or are otherwise in crisis.
The partner shelters are maintain by government and private organizations which was approved by the government department to run. Lead Foundation provides services to kids with help of volunteers. Our volunteers are 18 years above age, and we have 30,700 members who are actively working for Lead Foundation.
